Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3-4 business days. In some cases, delivery can take up to 5-6 business days, depending on your location and the courier.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may happen because of courier issues, weather, holidays or other things outside our control.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or wrong items
